This guarantee is applicable regardless of your vehicle type, encompassing cars, vans, 4x4s, and SUVs, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our customers.

Lifetime Guarantee Overview

  • Discounttyre pledges to replace any tyre exhibiting defects originating from its manufacturing process or the materials utilized in its construction.
  • Our Lifetime Guarantee extends to tyres for cars, vans, 4x4s, and SUVs purchased from Discounttyte.
  • This coverage includes both Fully Fitted and Mail Order tyre purchases.
Please Note: This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. In the event of a claim, tyre replacements or credits will be determined based on the remaining tread depth at the time of assessment by a Discounttyte fitting partner. The Lifetime Guarantee initiative was launched in October 2021, thus purchases prior to this date are not eligible.

Claim Process

Should you need to initiate a claim, please reach out to our expert team via email at warrantyclaims@Discounttyte.com. We aim to address and resolve claims swiftly, guiding you through the process and coordinating tyre assessments as per the guarantee terms. Upon completing the assessment, you will be informed about any credit entitlements, calculated based on the tyre’s tread depth at fault discovery

  • 6mm or more: Eligible for a free replacement tyre, identical to the original model.
  • 5mm - 5.99mm: Entitled to a replacement tyre with an 80% discount.
  • 3mm - 4.99mm: A replacement tyre with a 60% discount is provided.
  • 1.6mm - 2.99mm: A replacement tyre with a 40% discount is offered.

Pre-claim Considerations

  • Tyres under claim must be retained for inspection.
  • Failure to facilitate tyre inspection could affect the claim.
  • Tyres must be available for return to qualify for the guarantee.

  • Accidental damage (e.g., punctures, bulges from kerbing).
  • Damages from tyre fitting/removal.
  • Improper tyre maintenance or use beyond manufacturer recommendations.
  • Inappropriate usage, including incorrect tyre specifications for the vehicle, specialized tyre requirements, or damage from vehicle defects.
  • Damage from external factors like snow chains, misuse of inflation devices, or contact with harmful substances.
  • Competition use, vandalism/theft, fire, natural disasters.
  • The guarantee applies solely to tyres bought directly from Discounttyte, excluding motorbike and truck tyres.
